B) How TOPVISION Eye Specialist Centre Collects Your Personal Data Information

TOPVISION Eye Specialist Centre collects this information when you visit TOPVISION Eye Specialist Centre, when you telephone or when you email TOPVISION Eye Specialist Centre.
