Our Company was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act 2016 on 27 March 2018 as a private limited company, under the name of TOPVISION Eye Specialist Sdn. Bhd. Subsequently, on 7 June 2018, it was converted into a public limited company and assumed the name TOPVISION Eye Specialist Berhad to facilitate our Listing. Our Company became the investment holding company of the Group following the completion of the Acquisitions on 18 June 2018. The principal activity of the Company is investment holding.

General Information

We started our journey in 2010 with the opening of the first Topvision Eye Specialist Centre located in Banting, Selangor. In the following year, we established our Headquarters in Setia Alam, Selangor. It was officially launched by the 2011 Minister of Health Malaysia, Y.B. Dato’ Sri Liow Tiong Lai. Since then on, we have expanded our centres to Kuala Selangor, Batu Pahat, Kulai , Johor Bahru, Seremban, Taiping, Kota Bharu, Sg Petani, Mentakab, Kuala Terengganu and Tawau. All our centres are approved and licensed by the Malaysia Ministry of Health as Ambulatory Care Centres. This means, all our procedure and treatments are done on a day care basis. We provide treatments for Cataract, Diabetic Retinopathy, Retinal Detachment, Glaucoma, Age Related Macular Degeneration, Pterygium, Children’s eye problems and General eye problems.

Till this day, we have set up 13 branches altogether. The areas that our centres cover are considerably well diversified in catering for the Central, parts of Northern and Southern Region of Malaysia. The table below lists the coverage area for each of our centres. We also have a consistent pool of Health Tourists, coming primarily from Indonesia.

2010	Established our 1st eye specialist centre known as TOPVISION Eye Specialist Centre in Banting, Selangor.
2011	Official opening of our 2nd centre TOPVISION Setia Alam in Selangor by Dato’ Sri Liow Tiong Lai, the then Minister of Health of Malaysia and this centre is also our headquarters.
2013	Received the Asia Pacific International Honesty Enterprise Keris Award.
2014	Received the 1st Malaysian Golden Entrepreneur Award.
2015	Official opening of 3rd centre by TOPVISION Kuala Selangor in Selangor.
2016	Official opening of 4th centre by TOPVISION Batu Pahat in Johor.
2017	Received the Inaugural Malaysian Brand Award.
2018	Received the Malaysia Health & Wellness Brand Award. Official opening of 5th centre by TOPVISION Kulai in Johor. TOPVISION Eye Specialist Berhad (stock code: 03013) is the first private ambulatory care eye specialist centre to be publicly listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Our Company acquired TOPVISION Banting, TOPVISION Batu Pahat, TOPVISION Kuala Selangor, TOPVISION Kulai and TOPVISION Setia Alam as Subsidiaries.
2020	Official opening of 6th centre by TOPVISION Johor Bahru in Johor. Official opening of 7th centre by TOPVISION Seremban in Negeri Sembilan.
2022	Official opening of 8th centre by TOPVISION Taiping in Perak. TOPVISION is officially ISO 9001 Certified.
2023	Official opening of 9th centre by TOPVISION Kota Bharu in Kelantan. Official opening the 10th centre by TOPVISION Sg Petani in Kedah. Establish the 1st Topwellness Healthcare retail store.
2024	Official opening of the 11th centre by TOPVISION Mentakab in Pahang. Officially transferred to the ACE Market on Bursa Malaysia on December 16, 2024.
2025	Official opening of the 12th centre by TOPVISION Kuala Terengganu in Terengganu. Official opening of the 13th centre by TOPVISION Tawau in Sabah — Our First Centre in East Malaysia.
